The moment you open the app

The first screen asks for your club membership credentials. No guest mode exists. You enter your card number or phone number tied to the LaSalute fitness club on Zemlyanoy Val in Moscow. The app checks against the club's database. If your membership is active, you see the main dashboard. If not, you get an error and cannot proceed further. This is not a public fitness app. It is a private tool for paying members of a specific premium sports complex in the center of Moscow.

Once logged in, the home screen shows today's group class schedule. You see timings for yoga, pilates, strength training, and pool sessions. A news feed appears below with club announcements and special offers. The coach list is accessible from a bottom tab. Each coach profile shows their specialisation and available time slots. The app does not allow booking directly from the coach profile. That requires a separate step through the schedule view. The interface uses Russian language throughout. No English toggle exists.

When scheduling clashes with tracking

The schedule view lets you tap any class to see details and add it to your personal calendar. This seems straightforward. But when you navigate to the "My Workouts" section, the added class does not appear there. The section stays empty even after multiple additions. These two features are supposed to work together. They do not. A member planning their weekly routine cannot rely on the app to track what they have actually signed up for. The club card section shows your membership type and remaining sessions if the club has enabled that data for your account. Some users see their card details. Others see a placeholder saying "if available". The same applies to purchased services like personal training packages or spa treatments. The app displays them only when the club's backend system provides that information. This creates a fragmented experience where two members standing next to each other see completely different information on the same screen. The app does not explain why some data appears and some does not. It simply shows what the server returns.

Real-world performance and reliability

The app runs on Android 7.0 and above. It takes about three to five seconds to load the dashboard after login. The schedule updates when the club publishes new classes, but the refresh is not instant. Users report that changes made by the admin team can take up to an hour to appear in the app. The news section updates more frequently, often within minutes. Push notifications work for important events and special offers, but some users have reported delays or missed notifications.

Bugs are present. The calendar sync issue is the most mentioned. Some users have experienced crashes when switching between tabs rapidly. The payment flow from the main page's promotional banner does not complete correctly, according to user reviews. The app does not show a loading spinner during data fetches, so users sometimes tap multiple times thinking nothing happened. This leads to duplicate entries or unintended actions. The app requires internet access to function. Without a connection, it shows a blank screen with a retry button. It does not cache any data locally. Every session starts with a fresh server request. This means you cannot view your schedule offline. The data transmission is encrypted, according to the Play Store's data safety section. The app shares personal information, app activity, and two other data categories with third parties. Users can request data deletion through the developer's email.
