You enter your criteria and hit search. The results load. But the filters often do not work. Users report that the app "never follows the words written in search box nor ever apply the filters." This is the critical moment. If the filters work, you find relevant jobs. If they fail, you waste time scrolling through irrelevant listings.

The search filter is not a standalone feature. It depends on the app's underlying search algorithm. When you apply filters, the app is supposed to narrow down the job listings. Improved loading experience on Naukri 360, Nvites, and dashboard tabs with a new animation." But the changelog does not mention the filter issues that users report. After some updates, the filters still do not work. The app becomes unreliable for its primary purpose until the user restarts the app or reinstalls it. The technical detail that stops the workflow

The app requires storage permission to download and upload resumes. If you deny storage access, you cannot upload your resume. The permission is requested during profile creation. If you skip it, you cannot enable it later from within the app. You must go to your device settings, find Naukri, and manually grant storage permission. After that, you can upload your resume. But the app does not refresh the profile automatically. You have to log out and log back in to see the updated profile. This manual refresh is the final action you take before the app stops providing new information.
