These are not abstract choices. They determine what you pay weekly and what motorcycle you can access. The app shows the Mottu Sport (TVS), the electric Mottu-e, and the Honda Pop 110i. Each model has different fuel consumption and maintenance costs. The Sport claims 45 to 65 km/L with a 10-liter tank. The Pop runs 40 to 50 km/L with a 4-liter tank. Your plan locks you into one of these for the contract duration. Plan changes are possible but require a formal request through the app. This first screen forces a decision that shapes your entire experience.

How Plan Choice Clashes with Delivery Earnings

Selecting an annual plan unlocks the Mottu Entregas delivery app integration. This is where the original tension emerges. The annual plan has a minimum 365-day commitment. The delivery app offers a demand map showing high-order regions, active orders you can pick, and weekly payment transfers. The clash appears when you realize the annual plan's weekly payment schedule (R$175 per week for the standard annual plan) does not automatically align with the delivery app's weekly earnings. You can advance weekly installments to get a monthly discount, but the app does not link your delivery earnings directly to your rental payment. If you have a slow delivery week, you still owe the weekly rental fee. The delivery app pays out separately, and the transfer system has known bugs that sometimes pass incorrect amounts. This means two core features—rental plan and delivery earnings—operate on parallel tracks that require manual reconciliation. The iOS version, available on the App Store, shows a more detailed changelog mentioning "improved stability and app experience with bug fixes and internal adjustments" as well as "enhanced facial authentication, navigation, and dynamic menus." Users report that some locations do not carry parts for specific motorcycle models, forcing riders to travel to other units or wait for parts to arrive.
