These features are the primary reasons merchants choose Steadfast over competitors like Pathao. In practice, none of these features work reliably.

Consider a merchant who receives 50 orders in a single day. They open the app, select the orders, and click "bulk send." The app processes the request, then displays an error. The bulk sending option fails. The merchant must then book each parcel individually, entering the same information 50 times. This is not a one-time issue. Multiple users have reported that the bulk sending option does not work at all. The bulk printing option, which would allow the merchant to print all 50 invoices at once, also does not work. The merchant must print each invoice individually, which is a waste of time and resources.

The fraud checker adds another layer of frustration. When a merchant enables the fraud checker, the app is supposed to flag orders that show suspicious patterns — multiple orders from the same address, orders with high-value items, orders from new customers with no purchase history. The generic changelog does not inspire confidence that the development team is addressing the core problems that merchants face every day. The app is free to download, but the cost of using it is measured in lost time, lost productivity, and lost trust.
